I thought of a saying, goes something like: \'I am silent before you (in prayer); I select words from my soul (including my mind) as they arise. But they undisturb the peace of the sanctuary of my heart. I commune here in prayer, but soon must stop, and return to everyday things, yet with peace abiding within\'.
This is part ad hoc, maybe not on Google search. And of course we say spoken prayers too.

I think that idea of releasing yourself to be read by others is powerful. In life I have learned to stop releasing myself but here peopke can choose to read or comment or not so I can release without fear!
