THOUGHTS ON MADNESS

A fine write Louis. I shall never win the battle to overcome putting water in people\'s whisky! They will shoot me for it. Well, it saves money if you dilute it! heehee.

And as some writer who I forget wrote about the pleasures of being mad known only to madmen. Your poem makes me yearn for madness! The happy variety for sure! I know there is a streak of that in me, no matter how subtle: I prefer being alone than being surrounded by hordes of sane people, lol. Thanks for sharing that gem.

Not a cry for help as so much poetry is but a shout for victory - I can\'t relate personally with this but I can still feel for the journey you have been on - a testament to a great poem.

THE RECURRING DREAM

Hello Louis. Nice poem. I\'ve read in spiritual books about that collective fantasy, or dream. If it is true we only get to awake after we die. It is quite confuse though because some says after we die some of us still don\'t realize the change because we are not prepared spiritually.

And thusly, you may have found the cure for your recurring dream. Intriguing poem, well written, stirring the imagination. Can dreams remembered be separated from reality? As for life being a dream, it is of course, for what comes after life/? oblivion? Or another dream? Got to go now, got some daydreaming to do. - Phil A.

Thanks Louis. One angle is the James Bond film \'Moonraker\'. The villain takes supposedly \'super-people\' into his space station thingy. But he forgot - they are still people. They would mess it up there, if it had survived.
Meanwhile - how would they go shopping on the space station, and other practical things?! heehee.

Well, I been here millions of years, so I say! (lol). But seriously, I see Christianity, with its faith and beliefs, as the only full solution.
I don\'t mean \'religion\', people mucking about how many times they cross themselves, rituals, rites, etc. Saw someone recently do it . Nearly drove me potty. I would be worn out doing that lot!
