Well written, Paul, it vividly conveys the hard times we sometimes have to go through before finding better pastures. And I am more than glad you made it!

I only wish I knew the poetry that was from my younger days, to see all the pain I never thought I\'d make it through.
Thank you for sharing yours and not giving up so we could all reflect on darker times knowing they don\'t last, then hopefully is transcend to others that struggle.

Cute this one. I love spring because I love to garden. Here in Florida is hot now, and rainy. Everything is green and beautiful. I\'m busy pulling weeds. Thanks for sharing your spring feeling.

Paul, thanks for the memories! I love spring and remember it in Switzerland and Montreal. But for the last 30 years I have been living in a place where it is more or less the same all year long. It does have its advantages, at least I don\'t freeze my butt off, but I do miss the seasons sometimes.

Good choice in using \"affect\" over \"effect\" (affect arouse) big difference but ohhhhh, how they sound just the same....great job. I like where this poem places you on the truth continuum.

It make sense to me. When one uncover love, it can be thrilling to think that love was there from the beginning but you did not see it. Now it is greater because you brought it to the light so you see it better.

You are right it is puzzling, but that is a good thing! I guess if you like something or somebody and think about why you love it, him, her, you may find that there is an even greater underlying love you were not aware of before.
Does that make sense?

Paul, poets are optimists. To be in a place like you describe would be heaven, unfortunately my body is kinda bound to reality. Nice poem!
