is that 70% cocoa: quality chocolate, of acceptance;
as brittle as any love,
but never as sickeningly sweet
as those romcom depictions
and yet, full of enough emotional sustenance
to allow us, to hope
while accepting, that romantic love

than our track record, of romantic relationships..
