Let\'s not get angry at the mirror and crack it \"well and truly,\" just turn out the light.
A nice little \"reflection\" on the mystery of mirrors. - Phil A.

If the mirror don\'t crack, will it be seven years good luck? I must know these things, even though I don\'t believe in \'luck\'. It\'s \'sad\' of me, I know. lol.

Mirrors are truly attractive to poets world-over - you aptly show on reflection that cracks distort every look-back - I must say when mine do that I chuck em away........x

Good fun words Neville.

I read an article once where a guy said that he was so please to be in around in the six months where mini-skirts had come into fashion in the 1960s but stockings had not been replaces by tights. LOL

Careful! You may start a fashion trend. If life serves you lemons... make lemonade. Coping with the downside of life is what I extracted from this humorous poem.
Inform me - What the hell is a doxy?
Still caring about the opinion of \"those that give a damn,\" she would \"make a perfect matching pair..\" Still resilient no matter the circumstance. Definitely \"worth her salt.\" Most interesting view on life, and in so few words. - Phil A.

Dear Neville,

Your beautifully scripted poem reminded me of harvest time at my great grandmother’s farm. As a young child, I found the whole experience fascinating. Everyone had fun…from the youngest to the eldest.

Thank you for sharing your basketful of meaningful words.

HEY said the landlord, what about rejoicing down the pub?

Brought back childhood memories when I lived on the edge of a mining village in Notts and we would go help with the harvest and making haystacks. We were a good community and the farmer had no quibbles about us sleigh riding in his fields come winter.
Fond memories - thank you.
