A beautiful imagery
Woven in nature
Woven with fantasy in my dreams
As if a dream was painted
Lost in the jewel studded in sky
So was the deep poetry that you laid in those lines
So surreal

poetry like fine wine, needs to age
so its juices can blossom
into a deeper, velvet of subtly nuanced
flavour,
I imagine, upon reading this
for the tenth time
I\'ll glean a hundred percent, more
of its poetic, sublime...
(love the flow
and that, smack in the face
last line)
just more of your poetic elegance
showcasing itself, once again
dear Poet

There\'s some giant asteroid thingy passing by Earth tonight (Tues) I think it is. About a million miles or more away from us though (phew).
Meanwhile - can I meet her?! lol.

I\'d have to think that child labor goes back thousands of years,..it\'s so disheartening to know its still a reality of today\'s modern world,...maybe it\'s not so modern after all. Great piece Neville✌🕊

And were planted beneath stones in row upon row if there was enough left of them to be identifyable. Fodder sent to foreign lands at politicians whim to pull triggers and fire acorns of hate and sorrow into generations to come.

And for those poor souls we now reap the harvest of vengence blasting holes into our society.

\'like some

an arc light bulb
burning
both the moth and

\'It must have been
special
to depart without
warning
and then to desert
us cold,
scared and hungry
boy soldiers
unready for war ..\'
(The
Poet
is back, all is well
then
All: is well, where
we pray
it shall remain)
my family, made refugees of us, all
and denounced
their comfortable, way of life
so they could prevent me
from being included
as one of those boys
immortalised in your poignant words..
and I have
but dissipated hopes and dreams
to repay them with
how shallow, this life
how unbearably shallow
it all ends-up, rotting
in its
six feet deep, Unpoetic
finale...
(I shall treasure this write, Hyung
thank you, dear Iridescent Poet)
I remain, your unwavering Fan
my friend

Less words with so much depth
Spoken by a mightier pen
Again a deep poetry was woven
A painting engrossed with grief painted
Calligrapher the words that made us cry
So poignant dear Neville

Beautiful poem Neville! Makes me feel scared though. Still desperately holding on to that dream of always being able to start again. Of holding on to that image of love. But slowly realising that youth and time are not mine anymore.

A beautiful work dear poet
Glad to see you again with your finest works
Such elegance
And such deep thoughts
The last lines were a thunderclap
‘“ Before that is,

a certain realization

eventually dawned

and it occurred to her,

in truth,

she was no phoenix after all “

Neville,

Yes it is strange at times
‘to resurrect
these now ancient marriage vows
between
those living and the dead ..
And although still so very loved,
in truth,
you can only now be barely
semi-touched..’

Sometimes it’s voluntary and at other times it’s involuntary…depending on our state of mind…at least for me.

Thank you for sharing.

If a scale could measure the depth of love
Only if

Suddenly there were words to count the love
And those words stringed in poetry
So intense and so deep
Yet why so heart wrenching
Love leaves us abandoned, separated when fate makes a sudden change

Semi touched but.... in cold places? Thoughts and memories linger in the heart and as they call out the heat is intense. So intense it has to be stepped back from, hoping to find cooler more pacifying coping thoughts.
