Both healthy and beautiful, this \'routine\' for lack of more elegant word. Nothing like going to bed happy. Peaceful night air, now that is a faithful and comforting companion! I can go back to specific nights just before bed and the peace washes almost as if it was those very same nights. Thanks for sharing.

Your words today have a timeless feel to them and I am sure will also have a universal appeal .. They also remind me so much of the embroidered words on an old tapestry that used to be a family heirloom but went missing soon after my maternal grandmother passed .. So thank you for that too x
