You can only be what you are today because you are made a better man by surviving. It is only the darkness of your yesterdays which enable you to see the light of today so brightly and to dance in it\'s glory. Enjoy what you have today, for you deserve the goodness.
There will be times when the darkness of the past enters your mind again and tries to pull you into a dark place again. Be prepared. Keep something - like a sergeants stripes on your arm for example - so that, when dark days call, you can touch those stripes and say to yourself \"F..k off darkness, i have earned the right to be happy - these stripes are my proof\".
