Now you are conscious that the positive must defeat the negative and the battle is on. Dan, in this respect you are not alone. Everybody has to come to terms with this need to control ones energy. It is an ongoing battle. But sooner or later you get an amazing buzz from the positive thing you just did and it encourages you to do more.... each time you\'ll get a buzz, a good feeling and it leads to the remarkable - you get a buzz out of just being you and how people treat you.
You are well on your way.
