All around you are people with similar wounds. You won\'t know them for they do not wear their heart on their sleeve. I expect many look at you and do not see who you are either.
The world isn\'t ready for us to see each other as gods yet. So what shall we see each other as when a look of disdain meets us along the high street?

Dan,

The wonderful thing about you is that upon an honest self examination, you hone up to the ‘hurt, the pain, the love and joy’ , and realize they’re all lessons to learn from! You seem to adjust those vibrations very well! Kudos! 👏🏻
Great message and video!
Have a great weekend!

Rant or opinion it\'s my dominion
Suresh said:

As nothing can ever be destroyed, and the fight between good and bad is eternal, with our strength and our need to protect our loved ones, we can forever keep our demons at bay.
Your recognition and your words are your strength, and others will come around too.

Loved that video Dan.
Whatever you chose or deny as a palliative or drug you are doing it in full recognition of what it is, what it\'s for, and why you are doing it. You are a free man and aware of what can happen if it ever became an addiction. Frightening isn\'t it.

May those inspirational lessons be forever with you - and for all of us. Life is good and you have so much for which to look forward in the very near future - be there as your new self and show your new offspring the light that you have found.

Wonderful write Dan, babies are so wonderful and their instincts start them towards the right way in their lives.
I am sure your baby will be so wonderful, fulfilling and of course loved.

I rekkon it\'s a healthy thing to keep asking questions of ones-self and others around you all through life. Alternatively - look at the boring old farts who\'ve stopped!

A wondrous aspect of life, is a milking mother, that comes prepared to feed its newborn, and the newborns instinctive sense to find the source.
Human babies are a rarity, for we are a little more coddling

What a super philosophical write.
Your poem reminded me that one of the most wonderful sights is seeing a baby at the breast. Nothing lewd or to snigger about - just wonderful to see the love devotion and dependency between the new born and the mother. Magic.

I echo all the comments from others here today Dan. Ahead are some trying times, for a young baby can be such a demanding and unsettling presence in the home. Please make sure you take time to be yourself and should frustrating times arise for you, remind yourself of what you have written today... they are fine words of fine intent from a soul who worships life and his part in it.

I\'m not a star trek fan but spock used to have a marvellous phrase which i\'d say to you.. \"Live long and prosper!\"

Such wonderful words Dan. The chords that you are now playing are all in the major keys, no minor ones anymore. Your child will grow into a wonderful person as you will be able to guide that child in a loving way that is full of light. The darkness that was in your life has now been consigned to history.

Dan,

This exceptional poem has shown me how much you’ve learned and have grown so wise! I am ecstatic for you! You’re becoming such a great dad! Your children are blessed to have you as their dad and you are blessed to be given this opportunity to show them how proud you are to be their dad!
You do know what chords you’re playing and you’re playing them well! To be given such a gift to grow ‘with another soul from day one’ is a blessing and an opportunity that you will not squander! You have learned how precious life is and I’m happy you’ve been given this new gift of a life that you’ll love and nourish with all your might!

Great write Dan, I loved it but I must say I really liked the Native American quote...probably because I am part Native and it struck a chord.\"what one fears, one destroys\"---so powerful and inspiring!!! Thank you for sharing dan!!!----Christina
