Steamed apple pud is top of the list for me too - but do enjoy my food. The trouble is my wife is such a great cook I can\'t get anything in a restaurant that comes anywhere near - as a result I\'m always disappointed when we eat out. Anyway most restaurants these days are more concerned with fast food muck - so hard (and expensive) to get a real meal.
As for etiquette now that\'s another matter and I could go on for hours about that.
