Nostalgia for our past and all it held is in this poem. It talks of memories now only that and the desire to return to what no longer exists. A lovely write with a wistful and sad feel. Very nicely written in rhyme and good flow. Well done my friend.

I think after loss we tend to compartmentalise things, and it looks like this is what you\'ve done.

I suppose we can\'t, or don\'t always think of everything or everyone, when we have our own emotional times and a lot on our own minds.
I can do similar in sometimes only contacting folk in emergencies or needing something of them, though genuine needs.

The theme on the other hand is a capable person in doubt.The author is not happy with the efforts.From trying hard to plant seeds that grow tangled to watch others measure with golden scales while the author watches the wind fill the wrong sails.There is so much depth here I had to read it twice.An enjoyable read
