It\'s Good To Be Back On The Road Again.

Kevin,

The two Ls are coming at you...in alphabetical order no less! LšŸ˜ŠL

Omitted to tell you that your write reminds me of Willie Nelsonā€™s song, ā€œOn the Road Againā€!

Yes you got me too Kevin....... this completely drew me in ... I love \"on the road\" thoughts - we used to travel a lot (but not to such exotic places) - I always loved getting into the truck or car very early and watching the sun come up as we drove the highways...... it felt so free! My brother is more like this poem - he goes all over the world looking for adventures. Great poem/story.

Kevin,

Wow...
After having read your poem, thereā€™s a lot to think about! Sometimes I feel so helpless...not for myself...but for our children, their children, and so on.
A great poem! Thank you for sharing.

Thanks Kevin.

What an incredible, awesome, brilliant poem.

I saw the title and immediately thought of the Eddy Grant song but this is a superb poem.

The streets of London are definitely alive with the sound of music!

Keep writing

I couldn\'t agree more kevin. Gems of positivity are all around us, sometimes we are blinkered to them by our mood. I found myself writing the words \"love the world and it will love right back at you\" recently, probably one of the most profound things ever written by me. I see the essence of those word all through this piece of yours.

Aahh, the great joy in these wonderful characters that you have placed into your poem; I recall nearly all of them. So relatable too - thereā€™s something in each one of them that we can all relate to. Life indeed is worth living; no matter how bad things look on the surface!

I loved this. Walt Disney was a master of character. One of a kind for sure. He has brought so much joy and thrill to children through books, movies and well of course theme parks. I have been there many times and went from 30 to 5 on the wonderful themed rides. Perfect write this am. A fav from me and even Walt himself would have loved this!

This read hit home in so many ways Kevin - the shame of mistreating the planet and its inhabitants lies at the feet of those who love lucre and use others for making richer their coffers - - No wonder human minds are faltering\" - that is a fantastic line - a powerful piece of \"happenings\" exposure.

hi kevin .. i love this poem.. so good how you have a book out!

i like how you mentioned the moonlight and your love shining bright comparing the strength of your love the the shining moon

this flows very well and its almost like you are telling a story within your poem, like a narrative

this is my favourite part of the poem

A work of art from a fine degree,
a figurine polished daily.
A sparkle of life guaranteed,
like a hand cut diamond is she.
She wakes up early to open her heart,
flies high in the sky to wake up the world,
to show off her shine now that she\'s healed.

i enjoyed reading this... you have a good flow in your writings
