What sheer joy your poem is today. You REALLY capture the excitement of the wind. As did Saxon\'s writing today, this brought back childhood adventure and zest to my imagination.
Your poem is one which I know would delight Children all over - and not just the young one\'s LOL.

Your words remind me of the time i had an apartment in a stately home... the gardens awash with yellow and over enthusiastic little girls innocently harvesting the \'crop\' to bring indoors and adorn the hallways.
Ah springtime enters amidst the fanfare of yellow trumpets..... beckoning our minds to look forward to sweltering summer ahead.

Because GOD *Created life on Earth* I see Beauy - Purpose - Order & Design in all Natural Things. Brian has a large collection of sem-precious gem stones which he uses in his teaching and the College in its safe has a small collection of Precious Gemstones which they use on the Gemmology Course. I like Jewellry but I use MAMAS rather than building up a Collection of my own - We have a House to Furnish ! What intrigues me about Gemstones is their COLOUR and their CUT to enhance the colour. They are STATIC so they can be examined at leisure. The colours of the GEMSTONES are repeated in the Flora & Fauna which are Dynamic which influences the dimension of movement and interction with Sunlight. In the tail of Peacock - the scales of the Rainbow Trout - the plumage of the Kingfisher - the clours of Spring Flowers and the multihued Millions of Global Sunrises & Sunsets every Year everyone a perect dynamic gemstone. God knew He has created a Planet of infinite beauty so he created Man & Woman with an incredible set of sences - Sight - Scent - Sound - Savour & Sense of touch so we could all *Say to Ourselves - What a Wonderful World* AMEN. Your elegant Poem just gives us a glimpse inside Gods Treasure House of infinite Beauty. Each of us has a great responsibilty to Protect & Preserve the only *Living Planet* we are aware of in our Galaxy - AMEN ! Sorry for rambling on but Brian & I are very passionate obout Our Amazing Planet and the negect of Man to care for it. Thanks for caring & sharing.

Our children and grandchildren may wish for more mundane riches beyond the reaches of money, fresh air to breath and a climate in which to survive may turn out to be their wishes of richness in an era when poetry has not seen the long extinct wildlife we adore today but turn our backs to. Money is buying a future of death and decay for our planet.
Money, the rout of our riches.
