A fine write Andrew.
I got to cope with a 7-syllable word this time of the morning - inevita-wotsit. It will use up 99% of me brain cells for the day. lol.

It is such a beautiful poem. Thank you so much for posting it. I really enjoyed it. My favorite lines are: A waiting hand when I\'m left behind / My morning when I dream the night. So beautiful, so moving... The images are unforgettable... Thank you.

To find someone that preps you up
and a true partner is a rarity in present times, so to read your piece is a true delight.

GOOD MORNING ANDREW ! THANKS FOR THE TRIBUTE ! The Salvation Army rush in where often other *ANGELS* fear to TREAD ! They are not Judgemental ~ their ACTIONS speak much louder than words. Their magazine (in SPAIN) is called GRITA DE LA GUERRA ~ WAR CRY ~ They are Soldiers of the Cross against SATAN & EVIL in the World. It takes COURAGE to wear the UNIFORM and BOLDLY GO ....... ! Salvationists I have met are all Humble (except for their BRASS BANDS which bring a touch of NORTHERN BRASSHNESS to Essex Boys & Girls !). Thanks for carin* & sharin* !

Blessings & Joy & Love & Peace
Yours ANGELA & BRIAN 🧡🧡🧡🧡

Thanks for saluratory tale ! The GOOD BOOK exhorts us to be not just HEARERS of the WORD (SERMONS) but to be DOERS of the WORD also ! That is *Practice what we Preach* I (BRIAN) know hundreds of Christians in my Community who do just that ! They care for the Homeless and Rejected ~ YMCA ~ Night Shelter ~ Soup Run ~ SOS BUS ~ R S Bus (8 bed spaces etc) for ROUGH SLEEPERS ~ Church halls Open in Winter for Rough Sleepers etc etc. Our LOCAL MP said if you took the Church out of the TOWN it would be a much SADDER PLACE. OK there are bad eggs in every box. Its so so easy to find fault with the Church and overlook its Power for Good Worldwide ! I never hear anybody criticising The SALVATION ARMY !

Blessings & Peace & Love

Hahaha, brilliant done I could really picture that old lady.
Action will always be louder than words, it\'s how animals talk and its at the start but yet we have forgotten and think a voice is all we have!

Well penned, good sir ;)
