Well this version of \'so what\' is one of my favourite pieces from this my favourite era of modern jazz (although i cant understand what planet john coltrane was on in his solo). Why are all the live versions of this by Davis done at 300mph i just dont understand. As a sax player i find theres plenty in music i dont understand but having not played seriously for several years now, theres a rediscovery of basic pleasures of making that noise we call music which disappear with familiarity too.
I enjoyed your write this time for all too obvious reasons. Thank you.

A fine write G/F. Yet we do know a lot. We both know a lot about 1066 for example!

I tried it but...nah .... algebra was my failing at school. I\'d have invented some pretty weird stuff if i\'d had Einsteine\'s job you know. I do like he way you have cleverly made the construction method the subject of the poem here.

The unusual calls to you, speaks to you. I know this feeling, a dozen questions you\'ll ask yourself and end up feeling sad for the poppy in itself has a truly wonderful meaning to us all nowadays. And i felt it reading your piece. Thank you.

A fine write G/F. A lone one grew in our compost heap I think. We put a potted spider-plant outdoors - then it died off. Aww!

The gift of poetry created by a friend is something special. You are giving a personal tribute, its a part of your relationship with that person. This is quite a lovely gift. I hope she was appreciative of your creativity.
