Love the font, which really works well for this poem, as well as your use of Bennu, the Ravens, Elijah, the Manna...all of it brilliantly woven into deep, philosophical, metaphor. Well done, Soren! ๐น๐

Soren,
Love the font. It matches the message that blooms in this poem. Hope thriving even when the surroundings say it shouldnโt be so, beauty in the hard places. Thank you for sharing and for the educational piece as well. Loved it!

It\'s difficult because what\'s right and what\'s wrong? What justifies the means to justify the ends? I often hear the saying along the lines of \"whoever abandoned you in the ocean has no right to know what the sharks did to you or what you had to do to get to the shore\" which makes sense, until you think what was done is worse than what happened. These kinds of moral questions make me think I could be a good philosopher.

Indeed. How much difference rattles our bones...and yet, how different are we? In one sense, vastly different. There are entire universes with in people, perhaps multiverses. Yet, in another way, not very different at all. Sometimes we find ourselves having to comply, but I determined a long time ago that I will never conform. I am who I am. Wonderful write, Soren. This one hit home! ๐น๐

One prefers to burn \"under a cold blanketing heaven.\" Marvelous, my friend. I so get this and relate to in so many ways. This is that type of poem that enters the soul and speaks to the person where they are. Wonderful job on this! ๐น๐

Hello,
For me this seemed a multi layered poem where there is more than what meets the eyes. It seemed an unfolding of a period perhaps a day though at the same time it could be a week month or season. As each cycle opens it ends only into new beginnings. Each grain of sand in the hourglass is renewed again. I enjoyed the read! Greetings and blessings,

Soren,
How soon we forget, indeed. Always thinking that another season is better than the one we are in now. Forgetting the hardships of that season at the altar of the season we face now. Failing to see the good days of this season for the clouded memories of โthe good old days.โ Itโs time to stop the madness and enjoy the moments of right here and right now. Thanks for stirring my heart and thought towards the present.
