Learning from books has its way but experience is always the better way and cannot be taught. I have seen it so often in my life where people have all the qualifications in the world but have no idea how to work with others who KNOW what they are doing.

You are right nothing can prepare you for this but you just have to laugh and love the young ones with all your heart.
