Often the other is totally innocent or immature and allows this to happen without realising but sometimes there is a demon bloodsucker like thing inside the other which drains you of all you are until all which remains is a \'husk\'. An unloveable husk.
Best to hang onto yourself, for your true self is the thing which attracted the other in the first place.
A really thought provoking write.
