The past surely is a bounty, a treasure which brought is to here and we may finger its jewels as we allow them to twinkle in our eyes reflecting the light of today and tomorrow when it comes. Yes, a treasure we share along the way with those who will draw near to us.

Doh! That\'s me problem then. I always opt for \'too late\'. heehee. Such is life. As I say, by the time I found out what \'Carpe Diem\' meant, there was only \'too late\' left. If only I had improved my French (??) lol.

True friendship is a gordian knot which angel hands have tied etc etc

Concern over a friends wellbeing and one\'s joy on learning of their good news is truly a measure of friendship given. When we allow someone into our aura of care we truly share their existence with our own and our loved ones.

A fine write Fay. In a hymn, it says: \'Help me.... not so much to be understood and to understand\'.
Yet we all need to be understood by others, or they won\'t know what we\'re on about. We\'ll be all in a mess, and not able to understand anyone else either!

DA just took the words outa my own mouth .. this is another fine example of your wonderful word weaving Fay ... I wonder how many others will appreciate the accuracy of your opening line .. apart from the obvious of course ..

There is something very special .. beyond compelling about the ocean isn\'t there ... I am so glad it is only just on my door step ....

Its as if the tides are there to remind us of the permanence of certain rhythms giving us a perspective upon how short our life span is and how insignificant are the problems we bring to contemplate by the breaking waves or the creeping rise of estuary.
Contemplating such \'permanence\' of our surroundings is a drug i shouldnt mind becoming addicted to. For in the end, those question you mention, answer themselves.

this is seriously good .. tis ragged and real as they come but with no rough edges ...

alas I fear one or t\'other lover maybe arrived too late to say a proper and meaningful goodbye ..

... left cold wanting and waiting .. that is where these words took me today ...

somewhere off a Cornish coast too, I imagine ....
