An emotionally charged lament if ever there was.. a dirge played along some wild and windswept shoreline immediately springs to mind.... a sadness lingers after the initial read... N

THANKS FOR THIS FAY : Angela here 9pm in Auckland : chance to catch up on MPS ~ I\'m posting my poem soon ! Love the picture can I use it ? It pictures me waiting on the Auckland BEACH waiting : waiting for Brians Plane to come in (it takes weeks for the Boat !) Love the pathos in your Poem. Brian & I are Bereavment Councellors in the Church especially for the under 40s who had been bereaved. It is hard to lose your Partner at any age but even worse when you are Young. Brian and I are qualified Councellors for our Work. The worst situation is suicide because the bereaved ones always blame themselves. What your poem illustrates is : However beautiful the surroundings and the weather : the loss NEVER goes away. Thank you it inspires Brian & I to cherish each other more each day while we have each other. I am sitting on the Shore waiting : but I KNOW BRIAN WILL BE WITH ME on Saturday 20th APRIL : AMEN
Thank you for awakening our senses
Blessings & love in the Spirit
Your ANGELA 🧡🧡🧡🧡

Good Evening FAY : Its 8am Tuesday in NZ ! As BREEZE you seem to be in a very mischievious mood which I like ! Yoou have morphed into a Naughty Schoolgirl. Thirteen negative appelations onlucky for those in its Path.
Shuffling Leaves : Scuttling Boats ; Scattering Clouds
Smokey Fumes : Shutters Banging : Scary Creakings
Stirring Rooks : Storming Roofs : Stripping Trees
Storming Cliffs : Savaging Power Boats : Sun Superceded
Spring Surrended ! There is a lot of intentional alliteration here !
The \"S\" sound mimics the soughing of the BREEZE !

You set the Poetic Bar very high FAY enabling us to learn & enjoy but never to emulate !
Blessings and LOVE in the SPIRIT

Somehow, the poem reminds me of a poem created by a poet in a video game I played before. It was a beautiful poem about time and skies.

I know you .. you are the one who stole my hat, you made me cry as a six year old stealing my kite and casting it into the boiling sea. I\'m not sure but i think you ganged up with the electric storm and had my fences down last year too.

On the other hand.. You kept my flag flying and give \'change\' a healthy ride.

All in all, having you around is a breeze in itself.

Really enjoyable fun read from you today.

Your first verse made me guffaw. So apt..... so much conveyed in four short lines......
I believe the first verse is a stand alone masterpiece.
The whole is a fine write as per your norm .... but yes that first verse.... is so terse.
Goes into my favs.

Good evening FAY ! Love the quote \"To be at one with Nature : Is to be at one with Yourself !\" V 1. Indicates that you appreciate Nature : and are at one with Nature : You are Nature ! V 2. Nature becomes You ! V 3. You admit this oneness is a transient state : but that it is still to be relished : AMEN.

\'When one tugs at a single thing in Nature, he finds it attached to the rest of the world\" - John Muir
Your poem seems to echo that sentimental truth. Yes we can be awed by its beauty, or spurred to empathize with its creatures, and it can excite or imaginations. As someone once said, \"Curiosity is Nature\'s school of learning\", to the poet, it is a treasure trove of inspiration. Loved your poem. - Phil A.
