My Dear Fay,
No signs of spring where I am!
While reading your poem though, I’ve envisioned...
“the flash of emerald as snowdrop perfection adorns its shy petals”...
Your excellent choice of words have painted the perfect picture in my mind...the picture of new beginnings...the picture of Springtime!
Thank you for sharing !

Nature is sure beginning to expose its treasures - it\'s quite stunning looking out and I\'ll soon be out there. Mind you I\'m helping at a charity rummage sale all day today so I\'ll not see so much of it. Such an elegant write Fay.

Empathy for the crab? Truly a poet\'s response. Much so that a poem is written, and mysteries theorized. If we completely understood the Ocean, we might be able to save ourselves. A very nice description and cause for thinking. Thanks for posting this reminder of two thirds of our planet that seems to go unnoticed.- Phil A.

Such a last verse to make one sit up and think today. Could the mystery simply be \'harmony\'? A commodity which humanity has grasped in small quantity only to witness it\'s slipping through our fingers time after time.
Earlier, reading, my thoughts painted pictures of the pathetic tragedy a corpse presents as it is rolled and dismembered by a now cruel tide. A once beautiful creation reduced to this. Here i am also mindful of the ruined bodies of roadkill we see all too often.
Vivid pictures today.

Again FAY you have shared a Poem that is beautiful in both its meter & message ! Irespective of \"Wherever in the World we are : UK or NZ\" : An ear bent to NATURE does become tuned into its \"GOOD VIBRATIONS\" Because the Population Density in NZ is only 7% that of the UK there is much less background noise and the \"Sounds of Nature\" become predominant and beautiful ! Our Poem today on Mickey Mouse does resonate with yours in that one day all Art will graduate to the Pastoral ! As in Robbie Burns \"To a Mouse !\"

My dear Fay,
As the expression goes...
—Been there, done that—
The end result of it all is extraordinary!
It has made me stronger, independent, and best of all experience a love deeper than ever before! The love we experienced for one another when we first met will always be there! No more doubts!
This great line truly describes how I felt at the time...
“Life in the wake of changes acts
out a merciless course”...
Thank you for sharing this outstanding write! You are truly a poetess I very much admire!

GOOD NIGHT FAY : Its gone 12 noon (Thursday) here & my Clinic is 2 pm ! BETRAYAL is a big word and a denial of all that BRIAN & I stand for ! WE have been separated by 11,500 miles for Eight Months and because we have found TRUE LOVE and a bit more mature (30 & 35) the absence has made us stronger. We both wear engagement rings which helps and most KIWIS & MAORIS respect my status. A few have asked me for a date but I have always refused ! I either go out with RUTH or in a Group and I know BRIAN would never be unfaithful ~ AMEN
Each of the verses in your Perfect Poem expresses a betrayal of TRUST. I know Couples who have faced \"Bitter Betrayal by their Partner : some have survived : but others have ended the relationship and ended up SADDER but WISER Betrayal is something People have to climb out of or PERISH ! Brian and I keep in regular touch and lots of the Poems we post are COLLABORATIONS. We never do (and never will !) take each other for granted. Thanks for posting this poem as a salutary wraning to any would-be BETRAYERS !

A lost love through betrayal is more injurious than a loss, and your poem paints the repercussions exactly. Fighting \"on safer ground\" with \"a taste for forgiveness\" is the best result. Keep \"climbing\" - Phil A.
