Thanks for sharing FAY : We love every bit of this Presentation : The visual and the quirkiness & shape of the Poem . There are so many similies reating to sleep all of them both amusing & frustrating if it evades one ! We both have important JOBS dealing with People and it can pray on ones mind. We both try to get into bed (11,500 miles apart !) by 11 pm as we both have to rise & shine by 7:30 am (Angela is over 12 hours ahead !) We have both found (independently) that reading The BIBLE (or a Spiitual Book) and praying before hitting the sack is better than a sleeping pill ! Also ANGELA always advises me not to drink (alcohol) in the Evening and not to eat Heavy Food after 7 pm. She has a qualification in Nutrition : but its good advice ! Thanks for sharing and sleep tight !
Blessings & Love through entertaining Lyrics !

Excellent timing, i didn\'t sleep a wink last night.
Oh falling asleep is easy.... but no matter how hard i try to sleep (what a ridiculous statement) it eludes me sometimes. A good book can help but ner ner ner ner all been heard before.
Sandman is a great healer, not available on demand. Why must i rant about sleep. Am i tired or something?

Most nights my wife does not sleep well, up and down a million times, so I am with you on this one. Very clever how you\'ve covered all the sleep/non-sleep genres. \"boatman who never rows me to Morpheus\" my favorite. \" Oh well\". he says dozing off, waiting for his afternoon siesta. - Phil A.

Oh lol, good write Fay. A nap during the day or evening - we may say \'I should like to have the time for it!\'. Yet if we do, then we\'re not always sleepy at bedtime. Those pesky sheep - no end of counting them sometimes!

Unrest in Mind : seeking Ecstasy
Unease in Soul : seeking Desire

Thanks FAY : I have Poems on similar themes ! To me the whole the Natural World (Flora & Fauna) is the Garden of Eden and nowhere on Earth more so than New Zealand. The MAORI live in 24/7 \"Harmony with Nature\" & the KIWIS are learning fast : There is only one Planet Earth so if we kill it we die with it ! I teach CONSERVATION and the UK is gradually waking up to the inevtable ANTHROPOGENIC destruction of Planet Earth in this Century (by 2100) if we don\'t wake up !
Let Eden Reign : AMEN !

Ah the sailors girl waits, knowing all the tides. Knowing his last words. Bearing their last togetherness inside. Have todays communications taken this magic away?
Lovely how you take us through a change of moods, from reverie, loneliness to hope and joy with todays words.

Thanks for sharing FAY ! Our muses are on the same vibe today ! You by the Window and me by the Shore ! Broken mornings and shattered evenings. In POETRY & PROSE the Sea is often a euphamism for Loneliness & Despair. When I am on the Coast I always feel close to reality with all its vicissitudes ! Angela says the same about AUCKLAND which is pervaded by the sight & sound of the SEA ! I think my Poem upset her she is now threatening to stop me swimming in the SEA when we are on Honeymoon in Spain in 2020 ! I guess one only see a Lady in her true integrity when shes Married ~ MAMA ANGELA !
