Another lovely write, Fay. It is indeed important for us to be self aware, and be aware that self awareness can either bring much joy or much harm.

You can beat an egg and you can beat a carpet folks but you just can\'t beat a bit of introspection & self indulgence with of course subsequent blissful results.... Tho my response to these great words is partly writ with tongue in cheek, there is much truth to what you have proposed here Fay and the compliment I pay........A very touching poem my friend... A lovely write Fay. I got a bit miffed at a leader, who says he goes off on \'retreats\' 4 times a year.
It\'s good to do, but I thought: \'What about the staff under him? It\'s OK for him to swan off when he pleases, and get his \'meditation\' and stuff. When do the real workers get their breaks? Grrr. Doh!
The staff think: \'I should like to have the time to swan off like he does. He\'s in Cuckoo Land\'.

My Dear Fay,
No signs of spring where I am!
While reading your poem though, Iāve envisioned...
āthe flash of emerald as snowdrop perfection adorns its shy petalsā...
Your excellent choice of words have painted the perfect picture in my mind...the picture of new beginnings...the picture of Springtime!
Thank you for sharing !

Nature is sure beginning to expose its treasures - it\'s quite stunning looking out and I\'ll soon be out there. Mind you I\'m helping at a charity rummage sale all day today so I\'ll not see so much of it. Such an elegant write Fay.

Empathy for the crab? Truly a poet\'s response. Much so that a poem is written, and mysteries theorized. If we completely understood the Ocean, we might be able to save ourselves. A very nice description and cause for thinking. Thanks for posting this reminder of two thirds of our planet that seems to go unnoticed.- Phil A.

Such a last verse to make one sit up and think today. Could the mystery simply be \'harmony\'? A commodity which humanity has grasped in small quantity only to witness it\'s slipping through our fingers time after time.
Earlier, reading, my thoughts painted pictures of the pathetic tragedy a corpse presents as it is rolled and dismembered by a now cruel tide. A once beautiful creation reduced to this. Here i am also mindful of the ruined bodies of roadkill we see all too often.
Vivid pictures today.

Again FAY you have shared a Poem that is beautiful in both its meter & message ! Irespective of \"Wherever in the World we are : UK or NZ\" : An ear bent to NATURE does become tuned into its \"GOOD VIBRATIONS\" Because the Population Density in NZ is only 7% that of the UK there is much less background noise and the \"Sounds of Nature\" become predominant and beautiful ! Our Poem today on Mickey Mouse does resonate with yours in that one day all Art will graduate to the Pastoral ! As in Robbie Burns \"To a Mouse !\"
