Thanks Uncle Andy : For writing a very sad but beautiful Poem ! You are both in our Prayers ! You are an inspiration to all couples to stay together in Undiminished Love : whatever the circumstances ! Also you are comforted by the fact that You will be together in GLORY in PERFECTION. In such circumstance\\s one can only pray : THY WILL BE DONE : AMEN !

A sensitive write Gold. Pulled both ways, it seems. To stay or to go? There\'s a sort of \'pat\' answer that death (to name it, so to be clear) is a \'final healing\'. Yet it is a healing somehow, I feel. Every situation has different angles though.
I would probably see it as punishment if in your situation. But truly, I don\'t think it is. The Psalmist says similar in places - Why, etc,...?\'

Intimidating Senryu.
Neville said:

interesting isn\'t it.. I have often thought that many of the Japanese poetry forms but including the more common senryu and haiku in their purest form are deliberately meant to confound and confuse the western eye.. however, having made something of a study of them for a good many years, there is almost always an intrinsic beauty if one cares to look for it... I enjoyed yours today.... N

I\'m not much into Orchestra music, haven\'t really had the time to get into it.
What I am into is poetry, and the feeling of respect you show for Bach is clear to see.
A lovely piece.

A lovely write and clip Gold.
A church has a \'highlight\' of remembering Archbishop Thomas Cranmer\'s martyrdom today. Not exactly \'the joys of Spring\' but neither was it for him in 1556. Were we there in person in Oxford?

I read this as if my life depended on it for some reason.
What have you done Finch?!
Seriously though, it was a very good read.

Thank you for posting Finch, I enjoyed it!

A lovely write Gold. Yes, we have some Rivers near-ish to us. I see them more maybe in Spring.
Meanwhile ( a \'said\' verse):
\'O land of endless peace
Where noise and turmoils cease
How did this tranquil peace bring?(i.e. come about)
\'Tis easy - Orchi did not sing!\' heehee.

\"Senryu\" poetic expression
Mind baring its innermost emotions, unfiltered, in judgement by all - yes quite intimidating
A few words, but very engaging

The word \"Senryu\" makes me think of samurai.
So, yes it is intimidating.
So little words accompanied by such a grand message.
Writing is the best I tell you.
