By all MEANS ~ UNCLE ANDY ~ We all have to preserve our QUALITY of LIFE ! Angela & I have sung in Chiors since we were at School and it is of all things most Cathartic. In NZ ANGELA is in the Church Choir and the MAORI CHOIR which she loves ! As Ive said before I have been giving talks on S & G and the Seniors love them. They were Good Kosher Boys ~ so a lot of their songs (Like SOS & BOTW) are very SPIRITUAL. Its only just 8pm in Essex ~ so this is great uplift for the Morning ! Love this version of SOS !
Blessings & Peace & Love for YOU & JOYCE

Vincent\'s work can take me places with little doubt.
Music is marvelous in the many ways it can motivate us and enhance a mood.
We should all arrange a \'meet\' and get Orchi to lead a choir. We shant have the conventional bass, tenor, soprano etc but rather great dane, spaniel and chihuahua.
I would suggest we create an oral rendition of golliwogs cakewalk by Claude Debussy (I\'m a debussy orchestral fan)

Thanks UNCLE ANDY : Love the Paintings especially STARRY STARRY NIGHT and CHOPIN. For ME he always transports to another Dimension ! So cool : so smooth : so transportational ! Sometimes when I play piano (late at night) to unwind I compose spontaneously and shed all the angst of my Day and play effortlessly in Heavenly Places. RUTH suggests I should record it and transpose it into musical notation for publication ! Who knows I might make CLASSIC FM ! God has created MAN with the ability to creat and enjoy the cathartic nature of the Arts ! Thanks for sharing !

This immediately took me to an image of an Indian farmer, who survived an enduring life, and now in his twilight years, in the twilight of the day, by the river, allows himself a moment to reminisce.

Come back Goldfinch! Don\'t take another step. Thats porridge you are wading through in the picture and on a foggy day.
A fine tribute to our resident artist and how he leads you astray.

GOOD EVENING UNCLE ANDY ~ BRIAN here its 9:30 pm ~ Ive had a busy DAY ! In the UK despite the AUTOMOBILE being well over 100 years OLD (since the 1890s in fact !) they are still a STATUS SYMBOL (especially for the under 40s ~ We should know !). There was a time when MINIS etc were all the rage but now its SUV\'s and strech limos etc ! I am a bit of an exception ! I know a lot about CARS (I teach Automobile Science !). I teach SENIORS @ College and give lifts to Seniors for Church ! Ive bought a MERIVA which is a Geriatric Car with High Seats and a flat loading boot ~ They Love it ! Ive shown it to ANGELA on SKYPE ~ she laughs and calls it *An Old Codgers Car* I have always seen having a car as a means to help others ~ too poor to buy one or too old to drive one. The Philosophy ANGELA & I have is that ~ everything we have belongs to that Lord and is at His Disposal ! We cant wait to own our own Home to entertain for the Lord and a Place where People can feel His Presence and feel at Home ~ AMEN !
BLESSINGS & Peace & Love for YOU & JOYCE

In America, sedans are becoming obsolete. It\'s all SUV\'s and trucks. Some manufacturers have completely stopped production of sedans. Thing is, the SUV\'s and trucks are all the more bigger. It never ends here. Expect them to get bigger there as well, - Phil A.

In tune with d.a.\'s comment. I always owned the longest cars in US - Oldsmobile 98, Lincoln Continental, Bently \'65, Bently \'89 and so on, and now I drive a Prius - great mileage.
Reminds me of the Hudson my family owned in India, and an Ambassador and all the kids (20 of us) will happily cram in.

I have always been a lover of big cars probably because i have always been a big bloke. I thought most cars had become smaller nowadays. There seem to be a lot of very upright/taller cars around now which look odd to me, as if they are trying to be a jeep but incapable of off roading. My current car is a mercedes c220 estate of some vintage. I just like its pale leather interior and the fact it will do 47 mpg on a trip.
As a schoolboy i used to get a lift home in my pals mum\'s austin healey sprite - great in the summertime, or another mates mum\'s austin mini - those were the days of compact motors.
Remember bubble cars?
My calendar reminds me it is your birthday today.... i hope you are going to be doing something cheerful to commemorate this. So many people we have known in our lives didn\'t make it this far. At least a celebration of their memory can be a good thing to give ourselves. I hope you have a nice day.
