ME + YOU = US. Equation for life!

I just love the way you wrote this. Starting with \'me\', bringing in \'you\', with a great conclusion.

Good write. We all have journeys in our life and many of them seem to have no reason except curiosity. We just need to know.

A fine write Sue. SOS - Save Our Snails. I hurry some on their way on damp days, when they come out. I move them across the path to grass. Saves them getting trampled on with a sickening crunch!

This is wonderfully descriptive. I strive to be a poet capable of such imagery. Well done, and thanks for this!

Ohhhhhhh SUE ~ I wasn\'t expecting this from one so vibrant and positive in your outlook and Poetry to date ! I\'m not married (yet) so i have to experience the ECSTASY (and the AGONY) which I am sure will come ! The negativity of the STATES you describe ~ LONELY ~ SOLITARY ~ SECLUDED ~ FORLORN ~ DESOLATE ~ ESTRANGED do exist in community ~ families ~ friendship & courtship etc BUT ~ They must cut much deeper in a relationship (marriage) which you thought would stay warm forever ~ so so sad. Thanks for CARING & SHARING ~ Thinking of you and praying for you ~ Hugs ~ Your Friend BRIAN

Shades of green
BRIAN & ANGELA said:
Thanks for caring & sharing Sue - Green in all its shades (due to CHLOROPHYLL) gives plants dozens of different Shades of Green - nowhere more so than in Ireland. Johnny Cash noticed this and wrote his iconic song FORTY SHADES OF GREEN !
I close my eyes and picture the emerald of the sea
From the fishing boats at Dingle to the shores o Drumalee
I miss the river Shannon and the folks at Skibbereen
The Morlands & the Midlands with their Forty shades of Green !
If you have ever been to IRELAND - you will know what JOHNNY saw ! BRIAN
