To be honest with you , sometimes I really want to talk to others about how I feel ā¦ but honestly I feel some people wonāt want to listen or hear it .. and that they think Iām being too negative , also I donāt want to upset others by talking about my upset . Sometimes my mum asks me how I am and I donāt talk enough about how I feel , because I feel it may upset her and sheās already upset . But yeah , I honestly feel some people just wouldnāt want to listen anyway , so whatās the point ?
On the other hand , I donāt want to talk too much about how I feel incase I make myself more upset .
I guess theirs a balance isnāt there ā¦
