Good write AS.

So great to meet up with friends once more and to start fishing - wonderful.

I used to fish a long time ago, coarse and sea fishing but then got into fly fishing but stopped doing that as well maybe will go back one day.

Arm Chair

\'fantasise that youโ€™re god there, thus
be perched upon a psalm chair,
or maybe your thoughts arenโ€™t so calm
there, so you make your escape,
thus, you sit in an embalm chair,\'..
from Theology to Egyptology and beyond, you\'ve penned the \'buzz lightyear\' of poetry reads, here..
a delightfully fun read, subtly imbued with insightful meaning for those who choose to dig a little

An ode to a significant arm chair does me!
Starting from nothing, as I did more than once, the two most fundamental pieces of furniture were/are my bed and, wait for it, my armchair.

Fun write, A.S. An idea there is enough material to shape the poem into the shape of the chair.

wonderful eloquence as the spine anchoring your natural flow..
\'of electricity within skin conversations

of instinctive language
where eyes and fingers whisper

It\'s a nod or a wink or a wave for now, or a monk-like greeting with hands together and small bow to each other. Summat like that anyway.

So very true Ben. As you say even the simple handshake is missed so much.

Touching people creates a memory within us that can reach the core of our bodies and is so much missed.
It will come back soon though.

\'thus, please; continue to play, but do not be caught,
have it in your mind, that at least you have fought,
fought for your right, to wear an enduring smile,

Brilliant!

Don\'t hesitate Auburn S - the relief (albeit temporary) from irritation and soreness makes even the repetitive nature of the exercise worthwhile.

Good words Ben, we must take care of \"them there eyes\". At my last eye test the optician told me that my eyes were in a better state than they were the previous year - that surprised me.
