Yes, no pain digs deeper into our heart\'s core than losing one\'s lover, as you so eloquently express herein. Thank you for sharing this beauty, Fay.

Faye,
first of all, where do you get these beautiful pictures?
Second, your poem is so well written, I read it over and over again.

Good write Fay. I\'m more likely to save a spider from a bath it does not want, if I find one in me tub!

Good fun write, but any fly who drinks my coffee stands little chance of survival.

I love the comment that Augustus left. We really enjoy dandelions, from their yummy greens to first bouquets gifted by sticky, chubby baby hands. A delight to read, as always.

Oh! How lovely is your writing. And yes, the things close to us is what makes us happier if we can see it. Because for many people they don\'t see it. They think happiness comes only from big things but God is so incredible in creation that even the most simple flower decorates our lives so beautifully. Thanks for sharing.

Oh bless you - a most maligned flower - they look so great in spring with their bright showy flowers. it\'s a wonder the plant breeders haven\'t developed some great garden cultivars - but they are probably having to constantly wash bed linen !!

Smitten with your language, as always.
\"Smut-red lips of sultry sun kiss\"
Get outta here!! Just strangling every atom of beauty and dipping the quill in its residue. A stunner.

Beautiful poem Fay, the second stanza just blew me away. We have these incredible mornings when the sun rises over the Koolau Mountain range in the east painting the clouds from pink to dark red. The same spectacle sometimes repeats the same day when the sun disappears behind the Waianae mountains in the west.

I think you really entered into this moment Fay, and it shows. I don\'t think hanging around the edges works - if you want to write it you really need to buy into the feeling of the tale.

Well done.

Faye you transported me back to my childhood. I can still feel the warm frothing milk I sometimes got straight from a cow. Beautiful poem. I feel sorry for all the kids today who don\'t have a clue about where the milk really comes from.
