Ohhhhhhhhhhh LORNA ~ your news
has made me cry (real men do !)
We know not what a Day may bring forth
GAIA really is MAD and with good reason !

Houses falling in the Sea in England
The Earth erupting in Hawaii
And now TORNADOES ~ when will we ever learn ?

Love all trees ~ Love the Painting and the video & song

Love the Poem and it reminds us that all trees (even redwoods ~ we have same in our Town !) are living creatures and part of the web of life ! Therefor they (like us) can\'t live for ever ~ some of the oldest things on Earth are Trees ! My MANTRA in Ecology ~ Conservation & Sustainability is \"DON\'T MESS with GAIA you can never WIN ~ Yours as ever BRIAN ~ Please check my SENRYUS and my new FUSION on ARTISTS ~ Thanks B !

Lorna,
How awful... (I donā€™t mean the POEM)...for you and your neighbors! So horrible!

Iā€™m happy youā€™re ok!šŸ¤—

What a great painting and song...love it! A super video!

Of all things in nature, my dadā€™s favorite were trees! His wish was to be buried beside a tree! He got his wish! His gravesite is right by a tree!

Take care of yourself! šŸ’—

P.S.-I just heard a person was killed in Connecticut! Mother Nature is warring!

Yes those early hours certainly have something. I know i have written many pieces during them when night has solidly settled but i can\'t.
Your piece is so easily readable and entertaining whilst having depth but, i\'m glad to say, no darkness.
Wish i\'d written it!!! LOL It\'s going into my favourites.

Lorna,

So uncanny that you chose this particular time to write about. My father died at 3:00a.m. on a Monday !

Youā€™re so right...
ā€œNo stopping time
Nowhere to runā€

Loved the write complemented with the pic and video! Perfectly orchestrated!

Lorna,
The carefully chosen words for your poem resonate with many meanings! Most of us have probably experienced its general meaning! Itā€™s the extremely personal message you have braided with your carefully chosen words that especially resonates with me! A brilliant write complemented by your pic and song!
A perfect trio!

I would teach my feet to fly

Yes the moon brings out the contemplative. In harmony wth our years. Though its mid afternoon in U.K. now, your poem lulls me into the peace of the night, my minds eye drifting upon a slow current neath that big ole moon.
