Teehee. This one was worth a good chuckle. Sometimes being a \"prude\" is the most PRUDEnt choice! ;)

Somewhere along the line in this ageing process it becomes quite acceptable to realise that what we feel in bed with our passionate partner is just history repeating itself. We will go on into our later years and passion will not stop. Undenyably it will change as we change, as our elders do and have.

Human nature doesn\'t change. Though we earnestly wish the violent aspects of it should.

thank you, dear Poet
\'To be free to do
Whatever you want
Not hampered by tiredness
And a ticking clock

Oh to be young

Something once tasted
It really is true
On the young
Youth is wasted\'

Sometimes I feel this way too but more often than not I am pleased at how I\'m coping with ageing. Health is the main concern, everything else not so significant. An interesting discussion point.

The young aren’t always happy . I was never happy as a child or a teenager , or even confident . A good writing tho .

I think we can all look back .. wanting to be younger or to have had things differently .. I wander how am I 37 , as if I don’t understand where the time has gone .. makes me sad sometimes .. anyway

You will not be vacated yet from this world SC you have a long way to go to catch me up.
Even at my age I am still active and still think that my life is so wonderful and am so grateful for it to be this way.

So encapsulating. I mean totally enchanting. I admire your words and this bittersweet effect your poem has. That lost lover, still alive in the mind.
