Taking the Air

Walking is so important, especially walking with Nature or even better when I walk with My River, life always calms down and peace and love live within me.

Good write A.
This raises several vitally important questions for me to ask ya:
\'Where ya going?\'
\'How long will it take ya to get there?\'
\'Could ya take the No.7 bus there if the weather turns bad?!\' heehee.

Mac (A Very Modern Poem)
Goldfinch60 said:

Hi Ben, My Non-sentient friend sends kind regards to you. I have had many in my life as I used to work in Computing.
Two things about computer gained from experience:
1. There are only two types of computers, the prototype and the obsolete.
2. The way to distinguish hardware from software is that it you throw them against a wall you can only hear hardware when it hits the wall. (I have seen this done by one of my colleagues when things were not going right and he threw his PC against the wall.)

Good write Auburn.
I was un-technically minded! I said: \'I\'m getting a Notebook. Eh, no, a Notepad\'. A friend replied: \'Noooo, a NETBOOK you clot!\' lol.

We all have that special place where we feel so safe, mine used to have two of us in it but now it is just me but the memories of my wife are still with me - as is she, in my special place.

It certainly seems to work for you Ben, I had never heard of it but in one way I have been using it all my life with music. One piece I go to if I want to totally relax is the album Sleep by Max Richter, have a listen to this:

This is a wonderful poem! As far as ASMRtists, one of my faves is Bertram Craft a Wilderness (silent bushcrafting videos) with the sounds of nature, crackling fires, sawing or chopping of wood, etc...
SO very relaxing!

Cleaning (A \"Twentet\" of a Thought)
Goldfinch60 said:

Thought provoking write Ben.

We all ask these questions of our selves but in my case I found the place within me many years ago and apart from the occasional \'tweak\' I am happy in my own mind.

Garden (An Acrostic)
ANGELA & BRIAN said:

Hi BEN - ANGELA here !

*You are nearer GODS HEART in a Garden
Than anywhereelse on Earth - AMEN !*

In my esperience that is very very true ! I can pray & medidtate much better in a GARDEN (especially in Spring / Summer) than in an old musty Church. Brian & I have been married 3 Months and have just bought our First House. It had a overgrown & neglected Garden. Brian is on *Lockdown* so he has spent a lot of time restoring the Garden and installing a Waterfall on the Patio Pond ! Im at work (Physiotherapist) so Im working with ORTHOPEADIC Patients not COVID 19. Thanks for sharing your lovely elegant Poem - very uplifting ! Please check Brians Poem *COFFEE MORNING OPEN* Thanks !

Blessings & Peace & Joy
Love Angela & Brian !
