The Desperate Man
Lorna said:
Very touching and sad....... I got a new slant on the homeless and down and out when I was commuting by train..... and so often they were such polite and lovely souls. The men were always the ones who would step aside for the ladies while the \"businessmen\" would bash their way through. My heart cried for them. They always seemed so grateful for a smile.

Some never \'age\', they just grow older and hopefully wiser. Your poem hits the nail on the head, A-S.
