Lol. I was the younger cousin and always was told things make me not follow the older ones. Like there\'s a scarecrow in the barn do not go in there. I always wondered why they went. Lol. I was not too smart then. Now, I know what they were doing. Things they did not want little eyes with big mouths to see. Great share.

Fantastic, i could really feel the younger you and how one persons fun is anothers nightmare. Or maybe that is my childhood but nevertheless thank you for sharing this memorie my friend.

To me this is what art or poetry is, expression of one\'s truth and soul.

Love the positive outlook on life in this poetic and perceptive reminder that we are all unique thus our paths through life differ. That \"truckload of the unforeseen\" bears down on us all at sometime or other - yet this gem of a write leaves readers in no doubt that seeing the beauty around lifts up our heads and hearts to walk on. A favourite to read again for sure.

This is really powerful, and can be translated in many ways. I love the way the writing is used in a way that it feels as if the girl is explaining what had happened. Excited to see some more writings from you.

And you say I cut straight to it.. Wow dusk.. This is so powerful. The subject matter is extremely well handled, these sorts of writes can often become tight rope writes, brilliant work. Again..powerful.

I’m honestly at loss of words. Its such a sad piece of work but the message behind it is so important. Topic aside, the way you carried out the story was perfect, it really kept me on my toes.

dusk,

A heart wrenching piece of writing!

Many tears have been shed in my family for the loss of a life because of a head on collision due to drunk driving! He was 21 years old!

I only every wanted to show my truth, in the bigger world most people told me not to. I\'ve never listened and never will because as you so amazingly written, this is more than real when feeling others truthfulness spilled.

Well penned my friend

What an amazing write.
You have vividly painted the revival of passion..

“the early hours reach out
And crawl to the light of dawn
Where hearts lay fragile, tender
Beneath a quilt of fear”

I love the lines above, I feel the blissful vulnerability of this moment ❤️
