Thank you Poetic Dan.

A good write.

You have captured the essence of a poem and what makes a poet a poet.

Over the time that I have been reading your poems you have come such a long way and are arriving at your Nirvana. May that peace within always be with you.

The key teaching of Buddha was - to walk the middle path and avoid extremes of all kind.
Your surroundings are at PEACE AND HARMONY, when you are at PEACE AND HARMONY.
Your writings show your true intent, so I am in support of you all the way

Oh so very true. You have mined deep into yourself to find those words and from my experience not everyone will understand because few CAN go that deep. In my opinion you achieve a different mental state when coming to reason like this. Unfortunately, writing it down doesn\'t work in that mental state very well.
Those words accompanying your picture today are so true.
You are already there Dan. Perfect solutions don\'t exist. Compromise wins the day. Every day.

Good fun write with a deeper meaning, many can be watering cans who bring fresh life to others.

This one is on a much lighter side
Some pings and pangs there and there, but still on a much lighter side.

Enjoyable read

Delightfully zany Dan although there is a deeper sadder meaning here. I loved it. Funny too because Rain and Water seem to be the theme today for a few of us....... Brave little watering can!

I thought i should write u some prose
All about the new garden hose
It\'s a real upsetter
cos he waters much better
he refreshingly easily flows

but dont be dismayed Mr Dan
theres other uses fer a watering can
since it\'s been very loyal
you could fill it with soil
and plants like a nursery man

I guess life is a series of phases we enter slowly and before we realise it they are gone and the next is under our feet.
Careful not to build hopes too high for a happy tomorrow. Life\'s a beach and the tide always wins. Go with the flow.

Life is different shades of grey, that gives image it\'s character. It\'s how we deal with these shades of grey, but hat gives our life it\'s character, hoping, like you said, with more lighter shades than darker.

I\'ll quote to you words of Rudyard Kipling
\"If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you\'ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build \'em up with worn-out tools: \"
\"Yours is the Earth and everything that\'s in it,
And - which is more - you\'ll be a Man, my son!\"

An amazing poet who has versed what i\'m thinking with finer words than i can muster for you here today Dan.

From your own comments \"Some treasure you will keep, where no one can reach and not even we can throw it away\".... I\'d like to keep those words in my favourites - sincerely.

On form again, Dan. This made me think of that after everything you have ever wanted and 100 times more then what else is there left for these people left to do. Thye haven\'t had time to educate themselves, they just tend to gravitate to where the money, the bright lights in the city and anything else they can get. I beileve poets do the exactly the same thing but with the thoughts inside his head, heart and soul and is noe possible to turn them into words which a million pound wouldn\'t buy. You have what cannot be taken away and that\'s our thoughts. You\'ve captured those moments brillintly. Good work, my friend.
