Better to be free than to possess. I loved this little thought provoker. Someone said, something like, \"Doing without possessions is essential to happiness.\" Yeah, lets all throw away our silly possessions. Great write, Fay. - Phil A. _

Bit chilly for it at the mo, in the gales, but the couple are keen! Fido, me (non-existent!) dog, won\'t let me know what \'lusty\' is, nor words like \'ardour. He\'s like a dull wet weekend! lol.
I will put him out the back garden, so he won\'t see me write a lusty-themed poem!

Oh my word... such lusty innuendo from a Cornish coastal siren. I must have been on the wrong beaches or gazing into rock pools of desire.

Look what you\'ve done to me writing of pleasure sans duvet. I expect you will have to answer for many on MPS who will find themselves recalling lustful liasons, lecherous libidos, lithe lovers, and little white lies. Hmmm I wonder if that was all in the plan.

Love the PHOTO FAY : How green was your valley ? Very nostalgic ! I was born in 1988 so the land & life (in the UK) you describe had long disappeared and everything was mechanised & sterilised. I spent some of my childhood Summers in Seville (Spain) and life was simpler (like you describe) in the vineyrds & olive groves ! But when I go back : 25 years later : there is more mechanisation ! Only when we visit Mexico do we meet the Subsistence Farmers : and all is done by Hand & Horse and the Chicos are all barefoot ! Thanks for sharing a beautiful Poem nostalging your former years. Brian is filling the CAMPER VAN with the aroma of LAMB SAUSAGES : Then we are off to explore QUEENSTOWN ~ AMEN
Blessings & Love : ANGELA 🧡🧡🧡🧡
So far they have had WIFI at every SITE weve stayed on !

But let us not forget the improvements modern day s technology has brought to mankind. Like global warming, the H bomb, AIDS, Thalidomide, Chernobyl, Agent Orange, Bhopal, Derweze door to hell, Great Pacific Garbage Patch to name but a few.

\"Could it be that life was oh so simple then?\"

Thank you for this lovely walk amongst memories.

Wouldn\'t it be such a wonderful world if we all were content with the recognition of the beautiful thing we are and could see the beautiful thing in all that surrounds us.
Maybe there would be so much more respect for our planet and all living things.
