I guess our pain teaches us a lot. Knowing a pain that is a cold shudder within us and ever ready to slap us down. An innocent comment in a conversation can rip into us, wanting to run, hide, but cant, not socially acceptable, brave face, false face... then later, alone with fear, humiliation, and shame, self hate, disgust.
See it in another, understand, encourage.
A negative becomes a positive. Suffering put to good use.

You\'re lucky to have the wisdom to think things through. There\'s a lot of positive out there just waiting to smile back at you.
